I would recommend buying computer components from either Scan.co.uk or Overclockers.co.uk. Your computer specs would be of help to finding out what PSU you need, I personally recommend EVGA, I've had mine for a little over a year and it performs flawlessly. You can get an EVGA bronze rated PSU from Scan.co.uk for about 40 quid. Have a look.

Unfortunately no. Actually RELIABLE power supplies, like Seasonics, XFX's, EVGA G2/GS/B2's all start from 50 quid.
