any reason not to pull the trigger on this HTPC build

getting ready to build my first HTPC. Just looking for some input before I make the purchase.

I already have a copy of windows 7 64bit, PSU (850) and a 120gb ssd for the OS.
I'll be adding some HDD later for movies. For now I'm just going to be streaming with it.

I can spend another 70-80$. if someone can give me a good reason to.
