Any reason the Zalman FX70 cooler wouldn't fit my build?

My current build.

I was looking at a new cpu fan since the stock fan I had seemed to be getting rather loud if under any load recently when I came upon the Zalman FX70. I quite like the idea of a silent cpu cooler and after some studying I believe the cooler would fit in my system fine. However, seeing how I am not the most experienced with compatibility and haven't looked at anything hardware related in a little over two years I figured a second opinion would be best. Thanks in advance!

Fanless is not a good idea with a 125w CPU.

Also you need to read the warning on the CPU compatible page about 125w CPU's:

"For cooling the CPU and its surrounding components, please install a CPU cooler with a top-down blowing design."

This is due to the poor thermal and power design of the board , it run's hot .
