Any reason to keep a 560GTX-Ti 2GB over a Radeon 5970?

Hey guys, this is a really great community! (first post!)

I've got a brand new gaming rig in the works from newegg parts. Long story short I ordered this 560ti:

And then this past Saturday I noticed newegg had this baby back in stock and on sale for $329.00:

I was really upset after I missed the Black Friday sale when the 5970 was on sale for $299 so I immediately pulled the trigger and both cards will be here tomorrow and I need to return one.

What I'm wondering is, is there any reason to keep the 560ti over the 5970?

Some details of my build (which is complete save the GPU):

Cooler Master HAF-X Case (plus some additional cooler master case fans)
ASUS P8Z68V-Pro MoBo
G.Skill RipjawX 1600 4gb x 4 RAM
120GB OCZ Vertex 3 SSD
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Intel 2500k O/Ced to 4.7GHz
Logitech G9x Laser Mouse
Microsoft Sidewinder X6 keyboard

Thanks in advance for the help,
Drew

Oh thanks for mentioning that, I forgot to say, I got the Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 800 Watt PSU. Which I believe will be enough for one 5970 but maybe not two (not that I plan on getting two).

When I got it on Saturday there were only a few in stock. I'm guessing it got one of the very last few Newegg will sell. I don't expect them to get any in stock again.

At stock speeds, there is a +30% performance advantage for the 5970

You should be able to considerably overclock the MSI Twin Frozr to close that gap.

The other considerations would be:

Noise levels (+10 db for the 5970)

Physx (the 5970 does not support Physx)

And Crossfire driver stability (sometimes only one GPU kicks in on the 5970, sometimes Crossfire is not supported for new games)
