I am making a PC mostly for gaming and some for just using the web,(please don't say that i can have lower end parts for this), and before I make any purchases I wanted to just get multiple expert's opinions on the list of parts I have to see if there is any errors, or any recommendations you have to make it a little better. I would really appreciate the help. Here's the list:

Solution
There is a small problem with the chosen memory. This memory has SPD speed of 2133 and XMP 3000.
With the motherboard and cpu chosen you can not use the 3000 speed but only a maximum of 2666.

In my opinion 250GB ssd is little. At least 500GB I would buy

Your power supply is fine 550w is enough.

Your RAM won't be used to its fullest speed, you would need a Z370 motherboard generally.

Your GPU is from last generation, which isn't really an issue, if you are buying used they can be a pretty great deal right now. If you are buying new maybe look into a 1660ti or 2060.
At the price that you have listed for the 1070, you could even get a 2070 or a used 1080ti.

$1 more.

3.7GHz cpu vs 3.2GHz base, higher fps.
OC ability for higher fps.
Equitable gpu, runs cooler and quieter.
Seriously better psu.
Double the ssd size.
Much better quality case.
Full ATX mobo with increased fan headers for better control of fans.
Good cpu cooler, far better than the stock Intel with the 8700.
