[SOLVED] Any recommendations for a air cooler?

I want a i7-9700k and prefer air coolers because i heard liquid coolers require maintenance once in a while, i was looking at a cooler master 212 rgb black edition, is that a good fan? Im going for looks,noise level. I try n stick with a black or red theme

Cooler Master Hyper 212 is underspecced for that cpu.
Something along the lines of a Dark Rock 4 is preferred.

Noctua NH-D15 that's a very good cpu cooler you can also overclock with it if you have a z390 mb

Just built a friend's 9700K using an NH-D15, and at stock speeds (1-2 cores at 4.9 GHz, 3-4 cores at 4.8 GHz, etc.) CPU-Z/CPU stress testing showed about 65C temps under all cores 4.6 GHz, quite reasonable for those clock speeds with an air cooler....
