[SOLVED] Any recommendations for high tier motherboards?

I’m going for a whole new build and I need advice on a
“High tier motherboard”

I am willing to spend 400$ AU on a motherboard. (270$ USD)

Requirements:

1. 9th Gen Intel Processor compatible
2. Overclocking compatible / High overclocking capability’s
3. I would prefer it to be 300$ AU or under but if you could recommend one that really makes a difference then 400$ would be fine. (Probably no need to spend that much on a motherboard?)
4. On my previous build (my first one) I didn’t have any RGB because I was going for complete performance but I would very much prefer RGB now
5. Would prefer the brand “Asus or Gigabyte (Aorus)”
6. Basically a Z370 or Z390 (which covers requirements 1 & 2)
