[SOLVED] Any recommended bootable Windows 10 antivirus tool?

I’ve always thought that it’d be a good idea to count on some bootable antimalware tool, such as a USB stick to use when a Windows 10 PC won’t boot properly (not even in Safe Mode). Something you can download and create a bootable USB with each time you need it.

I know these have always been around and I wonder if there’s any of these that really does the job. I miss Windows 10 offered such a tool (there must be a reason, thus my doubts).

I’d greatly appreciate any opinions on this.

since you are booting to it it does not have to be for win 10 specifically. it will run independent of the OS, which is the whole point. this allows the tool to work with the drive as simple data and not running processes that can get in the way of and prevent an AV solution from removing a threat.

There is (or at least there used to be!) a bootable MS Security (formerly Defender) WIndows PE environment...
