Any software better or equal to Advanced Systemcare Pro (PC tuneup/cleaning software)?

I've been using advanced systemcare pro for years now. It not only optimizes but also cleans up my pc.. I like it very much.. but I'm one of those who think there are better programs out there that do the same things or more..

Can you guys suggest other programs out there that tunes up and/or cleans the pc just like Advanced Systemcare Pro does?

I'm running a Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit OS..

I use the pc primarily for gaming.. games like:

1. The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt
2. Mad Max
3. GTA 5
4. NBA 2k16

My pc specs are:

AMD FX8370E
8GB RAM
GTX970 GPU
1TB HDD
600W PSU

I never trust or use software that claims to "tune up" a pc. It is best to manually set those and perform tasks like HDD Disc Cleanup or Defragmentor. Also I suggest using a program, Space Sniffer, that shows where all your storage is being used. Doing these, and running virus software and malware detector are more than enough for a great system.
