Any Software for Safe Charging laptops

hi,
i know that it harmful for laptop battery to charge it continuously for days. but i need my laptop 24 x 7 on. is there any software that cut off power after reaching 80% and charge from 50% of Battery, just like leanovo drivers. i am using hp laptop and windows 8.1

this is not an issue with modern Lithium Ion batteries. Leaving it plugged in will not affect the battery life. Regardless if you let it drain, then plug in, or cut off at a percentage. No software exists because this is no longer an issue.

but i had already lost my battery backup at first it gives 3 hrs after that at give 45 min. I ended up buying a new battery. my laptop
hp pavilion g6 1200tx

That happens even if you don't use it. Batteries age.
