I am planning to build up a rig with this specifications:
intel core i7-5930k 6 core 3.5GHz
Motherboard Asus X99-Deluxe LGA 2011
Asus Strix GTX980 4GB
G.Skill 32GB(4X8GB)

My friend has bought the same rig with NZXT. H440 for the case. However the case is sound proof, there is still lots of fan noise. I wonder if you could suggest me a way to reduce the noise as much as possible, as it is really annoying for working long hours. I appreciate your suggestion for any case model or solution overall.

Number one solution for me was to replace every fan with Noctua fans. For the radiators of my H100i I chose Noctua NF-P12 PWM, for case fans I chose Noctua NF-S12A ULN. Those are basically the two fans you need (120mm). They are pricy, and a lot of people are put of by the colors. But for efficiency and silence there are none better or equal in my book. And with a 6 year guarantee...

The Corsair SP120 are good, but if you do go for Corsair, then use Corsair AF120 as case fans. Corsair fans are cheaper and better looking, but if you want the top of the line in performance - there is Noctua.
