Yesterday i was playing game on my PC and suddenly the game gets stuck and computer hangs so i shut down the power suppy and restarted the PC AND i am getting this message ever since
that. Please someon help me this happened to me before so i formatted everything and reinstalled windows and now this happened again.

Seems like whatever you are booting onto may be corrupted. That could be your harddrive or any other bootable medium, (i.e. USB or CD-ROM). If you cant boot into something else from your BIOS, then I recommend taking your computer to a local geek-squad or buying a new hard drive.

so i tried after some time and windows booted successfully but its lagy like i get black screen in between.. can u tell anything? whats happening?

Looks Like Your Hard Drive is Corrupted as gloopy2 said.
