Any sound card reccomendations ? (7.1 dolby digital live required)

Hello . I want to get a soundcard that supports dolby digital live for my astro a50 headphones. My motherboard is gigabyte h67-ma-usb-b3 ( http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3806#ov ): . Im pretty sure it only supports pci-e . The only compatible sound card i have seen is this : http://www.asus.com/Sound_Cards_and_DigitaltoAnalog_Converters/Xonar_DX/

Asus Xonar DX . Will it work on my motherboard ? Would you reccomend any other soundcard that costs about the same or less ?

I dont see any support for dolby digital live in these

Wow! This one is actually cheaper than the DX. Actually optical cables only transfer to 5.1 right ? A guy in the astro forums told me that there is generaly no difference between 5.1 and 7.1 when you use optical. The mixamp it self upscales it to 7.1 though.
