Bad PSU, too much wattage anyway for that build. I'd swap the SSD out. Inf act with a lower wattage PSU, you can get funds out for a better SSD and storage. DDR4-3600MHz would get my vote of confidence. Lastly, I'd go for AMD's platform instead of Intel.

Agree with Lutfij...That PSU is way too much and a good 750w Gold like the Seasonic Focus Plus Gold or EVGA G£ 750 Gold would be by far a better choice as they are far higher quality PSU's and have 10 year warranties. On the storage side, again a NVMe M.2 SSD would be much better like the Crucial P1 at just under $100 for the 1TB version. On the Z390 motherboard try to go for a mid level at least with a decent VRM setup like the Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro or Elite.

Don't buy Raidmax, one of the worst cases you can possibly buy. Get something from Phanteks, NZXT, Fractal Design, or Corsair instead. Also I agree about the PSU. There's no reason to buy a 1500W supply for a single 2080, that is massive overkill.

What is your overall budget?
