I plan on hosting servers and playing games at the same time, so I chose a 1600 over the initial 1400

Also, instead of choosing 2X4GB DDR4-3200 RAM I chose 2x8GB DDR4-2400. Will that make a *huge* difference? (Hopefully not, because I am on an EXTREME budget, and I need more RAM than just 8GB's)

The rest of the parts are up for suggestions. Please give any

Also, things marked with a 0$ price-tag I've already bought :p

Also, I don't particularly need a large mobo with 4 RAM slots, so I picked a Micro-ATX. And since I don't have a big board, won't have anymore than 2 HDD's, and all of that, I picked a small case

(another) Also, people kept begging me to get a B350 board instead of a A320 since overclocking Ryzen CPU's is apparently a really big deal - and that I should do it or something lol idk

Solution
May be due to crypto currency miners, although that mostly affected the 570/580. Sorry about the ram, should've checked before adding it. At least you can save ~$10 on gpu. The gpus should be anywhere from a 1-2% Rx 560 advantage to a 10-15% gtx 1050 advantage though, depending on the game.

Do you know any reason why the RX560 would be priced higher, even if it "performs" worse?

Also, it appears based on the price history that the RAM you're showing me is just on a temporary sale. I don't have the money right now, so...

edit: A quick search shows that 560 performs noticeably better in newer rendering such as Vulkan and DX12
