Any Suggestions for SPU and GPU for my computer?

Hi. Recently, I have bought a second hand Fujitsu computer, the model is D750/A, it is a bit old and not high-end but it works fine.

Here are some specs :
Cpu: i5 650 @3.2GHZ
Motherboard: winstron corporation JIQ57Y
Ram: 4GB DDR3
Hard drive: Seagate 160GB HDD
(More details for the specifications: http://www.fmworld.net/biz/fmv/esprimo/1010/d750a/ ,the website is in japanese so you may have to translate the page first before reading.)

I have been thinking to upgrade the computer as follow:
1. Install a GPU, maybe a Asus gtx750ti, so that I can do some online gaming (League of Legends etc.) with it.
2. Replace the DVD drive with a HDD/SSD.
3. Install one more 4GB DDR3 memory

However, I found out that the PSU of the computer is very 'basic' and low-end.
The label on the psu:

Output: +5V ==/ 10.7A, +3.3V ==/ 7.45A
Max.Power: +12V ==/ 13A, -12V ===/ 0.1A
230W +5VSB ==/ 2.5A
+5V & +3.3V Total Power 60W Max.

The 12V rail can only supply 13A, so I guess it can't run most GPUs including Asus gtx750ti, right?

My questions are: If I want to replace the SPU with a new one, around how much power should the new one be able to supply, so that the computer (with the new components) can work fine? Also, any suggestions for 1. a reliable but not too expensive SPU 2. a ~$150 GPU that would suit this computer?

Many Thanks!

I really hate to be "that guy" but you'll likely be better off replacing the unit than upgrading but we can look at upgrade options and possible issues. I'm seeing two full height PCI slots at the back of the PC which implies to me that there is a bridge that would need to be purchased to allow the use of a graphics card (along with the statement that a graphics card is an option at purchase). I'll recommend contacting Fujitsu about the bridge (and to ensure that is all that you need to add a graphics card) and while you're doing that, inquire about the PSU form factor, it appears to be TFX but it's quite hard for me to tell the PSU size from pictures and the specs aren't helpful. You'll also be limited on PSU upgrade options since most small form factor PSU's limit at about 350W and finding a more powerful one can get quite expensive. That's not too bad in itself since 350W can easily handle your system with a GTX750Ti.
The key now would be to contact Fujitsu to find out about the bridge for PCIe x16 and the PSU form factor used - that information may be in a user or service manual also if available.
