This is intended to be a starter build. I'm selecting components for a friend, who wants to build something now, and then upgrade it over the next year for more heavy duty use.
I've selected an X570 motherboard to increase the life of the system, and so that he can buy the RTX 3060 when it comes out without having to spend money on a graphics cards right now. And it also allows him to go with a 5000 series processor maybe a year from now. Likely Ryzen 7, when he upgrades.
The RAM is 32GB so he can add another pair of 2x16GB in the future (3 years from now?) to hit 64GB total, without having to throw the existing pair away.

He won't need a 750W PSU, but I couldn't tell if any other units available in India below this price are trusted enough.
The case only comes with 1 rear fan, but does he need more than that with the initial config? There is a variation of the same case that comes with 4 ARGB fans for only ₹1300 more:

Is this case worth it?

The 3400G comes with a cooler, so I haven't added one.

While we are currently within his budget, the goal is to spend as less as possible now while sticking with quality components and leaving an upgrade path open.

Any suggestions, or comments on this build would be welcome.

Thanks in Advance.

I think you should hold out until the new AMD CPUs are available and go for the newer chips that they recently announced. Much better performance.

Well the idea is to build something within a limited budget now, and upgrade some parts over the next year. I've tried to limit the left-over part to just the 3400G.
