Any suggestions on this rig?

Hello people,
I put together this rig that I will be assembling for Christmas. I will mainly be gaming on this PC as well trying to compose some music on it and editing. My question is: are there any improvements you could suggest me? For instance which RAM brand to pick or wether this PSU is powerful enough to support a second GTX 780Ti in SLI if I wanted to upgrade down the line. Also, has anyone got any information regarding the price range (in €) of a 1440p monitor since for the moment I am restricted by my budget to a 1080p display. Thanks.

I'd swap to a matched pair of 2x4 GB sitcks instead of 1 8GB stick. dual channel ram is just faster

+1 You get better performance in matched pairs of RAM

I would swap out one stick for two but that means I will only be able to max out my RAM at 16gb instead of 32gb. Or maybe down the line DDR4 RAM will come out and gaming will only require half as much RAM Any suggestions on the brand of RAM sticks?

Colour yeah but you can actually get black vengeance LP if you look around. some here http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=17729 although you don't live in australia, but thats what it looks like, sorry I don't have the time but you can feel free to have a look around or just get blue, up to you
