Any suggestions on who I should send my laptop to to fix bad video car

Hi I have a dv9700 that runs a 8600GS vid card and the card is dead. I would like some suggestions on who I should send this laptop to to get fixed. Hopefully the shop that fixes it will put a better heatsink on it, etc. Thanks for all your suggestions!

York, PA, USA. I seen a couple of offers on ebay that does the repairs too so just wondering if anyone sent their laptop into there too.
