Any suggestions or tips before build?

I'm building a new gaming PC setup. I would really like for this to last quite some time with as few upgrades as possible. I've come up with what I think seems like a very good build. Please take a look at it and tell me what you think! If you have any suggestions as to add or change something please let me know as this is the first time I'll be building a PC completely by myself!

Let me add this, I'm not necessarily getting all my parts from newegg. I posted those links so people could just see what I'm talking about. Also, I have built a computer with my cousin, who is an IT, but he did all of the real work and just showed me around a bit. There my be a chance I'm missing something obvious so please point anything like that out! I do already have a monitor keyboard and mouse though.

Best to check the manufacturer website for specifications as the ram might not be suited. Also check the CPU support list.

It seems that most people think that an i7 is not really going to give you better performance for pc games so the i5 might suit you better.

What OS do you intend? Most of this rig is more for Windows 8 but most better games are created for Windows 7 (or even XP).

The case looks big enough to allow air circulation but it would be better if there was a fan on the side or at least, some ventilation holes, just having internal fans is not going toallow air to filter into the body even the intake air from the PSU is not enough for proper air circulation, in my opinion. It just looks like a suffocation box.

Do you have any i5 you'd suggest? And then I'd also need a new motherboard correct? And I was planning on running 7. I didn't know things were 8 specific? And the airflow in this case is actually very good. It has "hidden" fans in the top, front, bottom, side, and back.

what is your max budget? i can see some improvements there. if it is gaming pc, i5 cant be wrong.... i7 has advantage only on pro software

I'd like to keep it no more than where it is right now which is right over $2500. There is some wiggle room though

this can affect cpu selection, i5 or even 3930k

thats why i put corsair case, H100i, and AX 760i
for LGA2011 socket, 3930k is a must because of 6 cores which you cant get in regular 1155 socket
for ram,i dont think dominator worths the price, vengeance is all you need
