I was in seek for a suggestion for a graphics card I was looking for a graphics card on the cheaper side due to a budget and I was hoping for suggestions Thanks.

You need to state your budget, $200-$300 gpu are 7850,7870, gtx 660,gtx660ti, even cheaper are 7770, gtx 650ti

ok that graphics card looks good but Im unsure, is this only compatible with AMD processors or can this also work with Intel processors

You're going to be fine. An AMD Radeon product will be fine for both intel processor and AMD processor.
