Any thoughts on my build?

Build has much better CPU and MoBo than GPU. If this is for gaming I'd try to balance it out a bit better. The GPU is not going to allow the CPU to be used to full potential.

Some considerations that will help:

Are you going to overclock?
Are you dead set on intel?
What will this PC be used for?
If you will be gaming, what games do you play?
Is there any wiggle room left in your budget?

Yeah, i will overclock it.
I would prefer intel.
I want to play far cry, battle field, gta5, etc.
what if i get the Sapphire R9-270X Dual X OC 2GB DDR5 Boost Full?

graphics card in your list is weak, and now games require more powerfull gpu, so opt for better card
you can buy locked i5 which provide limited overclocking and is great for gaming even at stock speed
so here is my modified list under 800$
