Alright, here's my build. I've changed some things up.

First thing I want to ask is ARE YOU SURE you will not overclock? Nowadays, it's as simple as going into the BIOS and changing a single setting. I would advise you to look into it.

Assuming you want the possibility, i have concocted the following build.

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) $225
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072&cm_re=2500k-_-19-115-072-_-Product

Mobo: ASRock P67 EXTREME4 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 $160
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157229&cm_re=p67-_-13-157-229-_-Product

PSU: XFX PRO850W XXX Edition Semi-Modular 80 Plus Silver Certified 850 Watt $155
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207017&Tpk=xfx%20850

Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 $48
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277&cm_re=g.skill-_-20-231-277-_-Product

OR this for 8GB

CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 $85
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233147&cm_re=corsair_vengeance-_-20-233-147-_-Product

HDD: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s $65
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152185&Tpk=spinpoint%20f3

SSD: OCZ Agility 3 AGT3-25SAT3-60G $135
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227725&cm_re=agility_3-_-20-227-725-_-Product (this one is quite a bit faster than the one you selected)

OS: win7 OEM $99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116986&cm_re=win7_oem-_-32-116-986-_-Product

GPU: ZOTAC ZT-50301-10M GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB $230
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500197

And you choice of case.

That comes to $1100 before case.
Now, I went a bit over. However, this build is quite the powerhouse though.

I would drop the SSD. The Spinpoint F3's are very fast.
