I also plan on OC this build so I can get the best performance out of it. How much FPS can this build get on an 1680x1050 resolution? And if there are any parts you suggest switching out with a budget under $800, that would be very appreciative. Thanks!
 
a few options on top of my head. drop the ssd, buy it some other time. you can add it and it won't be replacing anything anyway.

you can get a better gpu (probably) if you don't get the ssd for now. or just save a few bucks if you need to.
you may also change the board to something cheaper but still good (not sure how much this one is though), but this depends on you as people tend to like the looks of certain board, but it is an option
 


The mobo is around $115. I chose it because it was reviewed with good performance for OC

 


So the 550W XFX for $35 would be enough wattage to run with i5-4690k and R9 380?
