Hello all,
In general, the test captures I've tried have been OK,
except every now and again I get some strange stuttering in
the audio which lasts for a few seconds.

I've got two installs of XP on this box, my main and a small
test system. The main has an ACPI HAL, while the test has
standard PC. So far, I haven't seen any difference with
respect to better capturing. Although this site
http://www.staudio.de/kb/english/2000xp/
made a specific recommendation for the standard PC with kt133a.

Perhaps there's some BIOS settings I can tweak, haven't looked yet.

I've tried, huffy, and picvideo mjpeg, the audio stuttering appears
regardless. I've tried virtualdub and virtualvcr.

Any tips & tricks appreciated -
regards,
Dave
