Intel Core i3-4160 3.6GHz
Intel HD 4400 1GB shared memory
8GB DDR3 1600MHz
Running everything on 120GB SSD
Windows 10 64-bit
I tried multiple options, so far the least stuttering I had is when I disabled in-game fps cap, turned on V-Sync, recorded with fraps at full size (I need to use full size because I'm using for HD footage on 1280×720, otherwise I would record at 360p) and also ticked Fraps' lock frame rate while recording, but it still stutters after 5 mins it becomes more and more present, after 10 it comes heavier. I'm recording a 12 year old game goddammit (Counter-Strike: Source) and I easily go over 60fps all the time (90-120 avg.) - sometimes it drops to 40 under extremely heavy situations like 64 players, huge map mods, explosions etc. so that's why I record at 30 fps
I just need anyone to give tips so I can try them, you may give your tip but I maybe did that already so I'm waiting for new ones!
