Will i7 4790k 4.0 GHz and GTX 970 do the job with out over clocking the CPU? Does other components effect the performance of gaming or streaming? I'll post the full build when I've had more in depth look to the parts if you need to know more.

The i7-4790k is perfect for gaming and does not need to be overclocked due to the high factory clock speed. In fact, Dragon Age: Inquisition needs an i7 CPU to run well. The same may hold true for AC Unity. As for the GTX 970, it will be a fine choice for playing any game on ultra settings.

It has big price and since I live in Finland It's almost 1300 Euros and In dollars it would be probably $1400.
Is this good build? I didn't add any fans because I'm gonna go with 3 LED stock fans for while.
NVIDIA MSI shouldn't probably go too hot since I'm not planning to over clock too much or game for many hours in one run.
