Any tips regarding which monitor to buy please?

Hello as title says can someone help me please? I'm looking for some help regarding which monitor to pick and so far I saw the 246e9adsb , 243v5lhb and S24F350. What do you think may be the best according to their price? 130, 120 and 110 euro?
I donìt understand much in terms of monitors, I picked these 3 mostly randomly. Is there anything i should look for or maybe a better deal around that you know of?

Out of these, I think the best one would be the last one, the Samsung.

Maybe I could find an even better one if you told me:

What country you live in
What is the max. amount of money you're willing to pay for a monitor
The size of the monitor you want (I assume you want a 24 inch one from those you picked)
What you're going to use it for
If you need one with speakers or not

thanks for reply, unfortunately old monitor of my brother stopped working and there was no time for waiting like at all. He decided to buy one asap, wish he waited, i really wanted to pick one better, i'm really against rushed purchases.
