Any tower cases similar to this one?

(i wish they would sell me the case alone lol)

Unfortunately oem's like hp source their cases from offbrand manufacturers many times or have a contract for custom cases not available on the retail market. Not sure what your budget is, this antec case looks similar (understated, office look, silver) - no front vents like that though. Around $60-70usd.

Something that looks closer is a bit expensive since it's lian li and aluminum around $130usd.
