[SOLVED] Any USB thumbdrive as fast as an USB connected 2.5-inch SSD?

I'd like to create a bootable drive on a USB 3.0 thumbdrive but I'd like it to be as fast (or nearly as fast) as SATA 2.5-inch SSD connected with a USB to SATA adapter.

I know there're some fast USB 3.0 thumbdrives out there but, instead of reading reviews and stuff I thought it'd be quicker to learn of any experiences out there.

Any thumdrives comparable to 2.5 SATA SSDs?

Not that i know of.
It would be easy and cheap enough to use a Sata M2 drive in an external enclosure to make your own...
