Ok so i'm right now living with my dad because i found a new job, the thing is that my dumbass brother keeps playing until 3-4 AM yelling, laughing and being really loud and sometimes i can hardly catch any sleep at all, i already spoke to him and my dad and they don't give af.
Do you guys know of any app where i can "use up" all the internet bandwidth so his connection is really laggy and he stops playing? I know this has to be possible one way or another, if i use an app like torrent to download something any game becomes unplayable due to the download using up all of the bandwidth, so i was wondering if there's any app that can "simulate" something like this. Idk if this is scummy but he's driving me nuts and he doesn't understand reason.
