Any way to emulate older gpus?

My friend recently hooked me up with a bunch of old pc games floppy disk and dvd, most of them run fine on my pc (except doom 95 needed some tinkering) but stubbs the zombie doesnt work at all past the main menu, apparently requiring a gpu from pre 2007. Is there a way to trick my pc into thinking its using an old gpu while still using my normal gpu?

Emulate older GPUS, no. But there's a workaround if you have NVIDIA card, here it goes -
