I wonder if anyone could help me create USB sticks with more than one testing tool on them, such as:

- A USB stick with 2 or more tools such as : Gandalf, Konboot, Hiren’s boot CD, Memtest86.

This is to reduce the number of USB sticks in the workshop.

All attempts I tried with software such as Rufus were unsuccessful.

Anyone has dole something like this before?

Any help much welcome

Costs money, but have you ever looked at parted magic?

https://partedmagic.com

It should have memtest on it, as well as a tool called gsmart control, which can give info on hard drives, password reset tool at least for local accounts.

Disk erasing. But also has ddrescue which I've used in the past on drives that were failing and allows you sometimes to copy the data to a working drive. There's also an imaging program called clonezilla, which I used the other day on a system I was migrating a hdd to an SSD. Worked easy.

The disk is pretty much all Linux based, but very handy imo.
u can try this, supports most of bootable ISOs
