Any way to make Crucial Storage Executive work in latest Windows 10?

For those that find it isn't working, have you tried disabling any form of on-screen display apps running in the background such as Rivatuner OSD? These can interfere a lot with certain apps. I've found that when I close this then Crucial Storage Executive works fine.
We haven't had any trouble using that 3.43 version. Downloaded & installed without any problems (at least with our Win 10 systems; haven't tried it with our Win 7/8.1 systems).
Have you tried downloading & installing the program again?

It works fine with older version of Windows 10 that I've tried in VirtualBox.
I did of course try to get the newest version from Crucial's website (which is the same that I had) so I just basically reinstalled it which worked like it should but it still doesn't start.

Perhaps you could clearly explain (in simple-to-understand terms) precisely what you mean when you say "it...worked like it should but it still doesn't start.", although perhaps it would be best if you contact Crucial, explain the problem, and see what they have to say.

The program itself used to work but after Windows 10 update it doesn't. Some people have the same problem.
Installation has always worked for me and works now - no errors even with the newest version from Crucial.
When I try to install it in VirtualBox (with an older version of Windows 10) installation still works and the program starts and is usable.

Crucial didn't respond for days.

All I see after opening this software is this:

Then it disappears and that's it.

I said it many times, it can be installed without any problems. So I did install it without any problems - no errors popped.
The problem is that it does not start (launch) after double clicking it's shortcut on desktop (as admin doesn't change things).
Crucial's guy in their chat told me to just wait for Windows update.

So I am happy for you that you can run it just fine but if you want to continue using their software do not update Windows 10 (creators update) because this software will stop working. It will install just fine but willl not launch (start) after trying to open the shortcut so you will not be able to use it.

We DID install the Win 10 Windows Creator Update a few weeks ago and have been running this latest version of the Crucial Storage Executive with no problems whatsoever. Obviously there's some glitch in your system & the software that involves some sort of incompatibility since I assume you've tried multiple versions of the software. The only recourse I can think of is for you to continue complaining to Crucial about this dilemma.

There is some glitch in my system, my friend's system and other 3 systems at home.
Reinstalling Windows 10 (formatting the drive where it is) did not help.
Crucial said I should complain at Microsoft.

A few moments ago I spoke with a member of my computer club who I knew purchased a Crucial MX 300 525 GB SSD some time ago. He also is running Win 10 including the Windows Creator Update. I asked him to download the Storage Executive software and run it - which he did. He too reported no problems with either the installation or the running.
