Any way to overclock Intel i7 3770 on a ASUS P8H77-I

I am just wondering if it is possible to overclock the cpu, even though it would be much easier with a 3770k. Is there an easy way of doing it since I am relatively new to overclocking and the only time I tried the hard drive gave up...

Your mobo is a H77 and not z77.
