Any way to permanently turn off the leds on the Asus ROG Strix gpu?

I recently got a Asus ROG Strix Rx480 GPU.
There are a bunch of leds, when shutting the computer on and off I get a red breathing glow.
I'm able to adjust this w/ the AURA software in windows, but I'm primarily a Linux user, and upon restarting the computer, the lights start again.

Is there any way to permanently disable the lights?

No, unfortunately you cannot. You're going to have to do it manually

You know, you can't automatically set to turn that off so...
But the LED looks good, don't you agree?

They're just too good looking to stay on all the time...
