Any way to stop GPU's heat rising to the CPU heatsink

I have recently tested stuff to decrease my CPU's temps. I replaced the Stock fan on my FX-8350 to a fan that came with my Pentium 4. The temps with my stock cooler (Limited to 3.4GHz) was 75C and with my Pentium 4 fan it went upto 47C but with it at 4GHz it went to 60C (Using the stock heatsink) (Ambient Temp 20C)

Anyways I have a R9 280x OC version (1020MHz Core | 1500MHz Memory) and My GPUs temps are around 60C but the heat is rising upto my CPU's heatsink which increases my CPU temps (Pentium fan + 4GHz) to 70C. Is there anyway to stop the heat rising to my CPU heatsink or at least direct it away from the CPU cooler?

Any help is appreciated

Specs (If needed):
CPU: FX-8350
GPU: R9 280x 3GB OC
PSU: 500w EVGA
8GB Corsair Vengence RAM

it depend on your case. if it a newer case see if it has fans for 120mm or larger fans on the bottom and toip of the case. set the bottom fan to blow in and the top fans to blow the hot air out. if not see if the side panel can blow air at the cpu/gpu if it one piece see if a local metal shop can cut out a 200-300mm fan opening and mounting. blow lot of air onto the gpu/cpu to keep it cool.

I have done this with the original FX cpu fan (That's the only one that can rest on the GPU) but it is really loud and I am trying to decrease sound and temps levels

I have a really cheaply made case but it does have 120mm fan mount at the back but I don't have anyothers only the one on the side panel which I don't have my side panel on
