Any way to turn off Dominator platinum LED without tape?

Built my first pc recently, and i went with the dominator's because i love the look of them. While i still do love the look of them, their little LED's are annoying as hell at night. Every other LED in my PC can be turned off, except for them. Is there any way to do it? Or do i just need to get a small piece of electrical tape and cover it?

Are we talking about the DDR3 or DDR4 version? As far as memory serves me, you can remove the light bars after undoing the hex screws on the ram kit to remove the top bar that houses the acrylic that spreads the light across one end to the other. Once you remove the light bar, you can take a small amount of electrical tape and cover the source of the light, the LED's themselves.
