Question Any ways to lower fan noise?

Hi all, I'm running a Ryzen 2700x, with an MSI Armor OC RX 580 8Gb.

I know the GPU has a rep for being noisy, but is there anything I can do to quiet things? I've moved the PC to the livingroom, to game on the big TV, and at night, I have to use headphones, because enough volume to overcome the fans would wake people up lol.

Are they noisy all the time or only when you are gaming?

Well, gaming is all I use it for. 😊

But it's basically dependent on the game and resolution. The higher the res and the better the graphics, the louder it gets. Never any performance issues, just the noise

I just wonder if I could do something with the fan curve (not that I would know what I'm doing) or something along those lines.

Not really anything you can do but improve case air flow the fans must turn fast enough to cool the card.
