for 1 if you dont do video editing or programming you dont need a 4770 go with a 4670k and that way you can overclock as well this saves you 100 dollars off the bat. everything else looks fine i would change the psu to a more reliable one i put a 550w fully modular xfx psu more reliable and still fully modular and still saving money. i changed your cpu cooler to the hyper evo it has slightly less performance but will still keep your cpu cool at a 4.2-4.3 clock
