Any website to compare virtual pcs ?

This forum has beautiful posts on building systems for various needs and budgets for amd/intel

I am trying to compare two systems .. One from amd and one from intel thread,.. is there any website which allows me to assemble both systems virtually and predict scores?

The whole intention is to figure out if amd based system is better bang for the buck than intel based system when both are under $1000.
