Are there any wireless trackpads that use the special Win 10 gestures/ I need to have Win 10 gestures like, viewing open programs by swiping up with 3 fingers. And swiping left and right with 3 fingers to switch between programs.

I read that you can pair an Apple Magic trackpad to the PC and use a program called Extra Magic to do this. has anyone tried this?

But anyway, please suggest some wireless trackpads that use Win 10 gestiures. thanks!

If you're on Windows 10, then the feature is automatically activated or available for use by activating it here. If you're asking for a suggestion for a trackpad that enables you to use gestures assigned/found on Windows 10 on a system not running Windows 10 then the only short answer is to see if your trackpad supports it in the first place and/or if an app will allow you to take advantage of it. I personally know that Synaptic's touchpad devices have an option to enable gestures beyond that found on Windows' platform(with my time working on Windows 7).

You'll also need to state your system spec's as well as your peripherals and OS.

Here are a couple of suggestions for a trackpad compatible with Microsoft's OS...

Here are a couple of suggestions for a trackpad compatible with Microsoft's OS;
Logitech Wireless Touchpad
Logitech Touchpad T650
and you're right about extramagic but I can't say to what degree the app allows you to use the trackpad's features.

Another trackpad'ish mouse suggestion can be this, Logitech T630 following up with it's manual
