Any word on OLED's

I missed a bunch cause I spent 2 weeks in Yellowstone on a trek and then 3 weeks in Bulgaria but noticed that Sony is releasing the CLIE PEG-VZ90 PDA which uses an OLED display. This got me wondering if anyone knows how OLED's are doing for 15"+ displays...any articles or anything?

last news story i read went on about problems with making the screen bigger than those small screens & making it last a reasonable length of time before failing

Yeah... I've heard that one of the three colors will only last about 5000 hrs, so I assume they're working on another way to improve the life of the OLEDs.
