Anybody got a clue why my GPU's performance is strange?

My laptop's specs:
CPU - AMD A6 6310 @ 2.4Ghz with Radeon R4 6310 Graphics
GPU - AMD Radeon R5 M330
RAM - 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz
HDD - Some 5400RPM HDD
Display - 1366x768 @ 60Hz

When I want to play a game, I look at its requirements to see if I could run it and I check some videos using my GPU and they usually get horrible framerates, but when I actually install the game and run it on my laptop, the performance is much higher. Games like ARK: Survival Evolved plays on High-Ultra settings at around 40fps on 1366x768 at max resolution scale. Just tried Dishonored 2 today and got a smooth 60fps on Medium-High settings. Mafia III runs at a smooth 30fps on Low settings and Battlefield 4 runs at 60fps max and minimum 40fps on high settings.

I'm going to try Battlefield 1 today, so I will give an update soon.

The strangest thing is that lots of games with low requirements tend to run at horrible framerates, but the games with high requirements are way better. Some low-end games like Minecraft run at around 10-20fps without mods and with Optifine. Without Optifine, I get around 20-40fps.

Anyone got any idea what this is about. Apparently, my GPU is equivalent to an 820m but I think it is equal to a 950m.

Please, help. Not sure why this is. No overclocks for the GPU.

It could be, but games like ARK and I forgot to mention BeamNG.drive (crazily CPU intensive because it is a physics simulator) run better than low end games. BeamNG is usually on 70-90% CPU usage while Minecraft sits around 20-40%.

how about your GPU usage?

In Dishonored 2, the GPU usage is around 60%-80%

if during the Dishonored 2, ur CPU usage is also high, that means the bottleneck aren't too much, but if ur CPU usage is low and the GPU is that high, ur GPU is the problem

My GPU and CPU usage are both around the same. The performance is not a problem. It is just weird that my GPU is doing extremely better than expected.
