Anybody grabbed a Winchester yet?

I have read reviews around the net, and most sites seems to get to 2.6Ghz with the new winchesters, with the 3000+, and 3500+, tends to all get stuck at 2.6Ghz, i was just curious if anybody here has gotten 1 and confirmed it. Because I'm just not sure if the chips they got to review are the same as the ones on the retail channels. I can't get my hands on one myself yet, since Canada always gets the stuff late.

Yeah and I fired but the dear got away... sorry I couldn't resist. To be honest I've not seen any Winnies for sale here in the states yet at any of the big sites like NewEgg etc.. It'll probably be about 3 weeks for a month for things to filter down the supply tube.

i have a cupboard full of them, i have double barrels pumpaction and single shot with the Extreme edition super long single barrel GETIT ROFL.

yes i brougt it from farmer Giles down the road he siad only one overheated but it was ok he once OC a winchester with 2 shots awsome yes.

Hello Endyen, first of all damn you for passing me on the post ranking!!

Been busy with the whole sh*thole school thing. All i did the last month was go to school, come home do homework and study for tests, NO PARTIES FOR WHOLE A MONTH!! It was brutal, math 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.


But now that the Winchesters are out, since i'm a crazy little overclocker, and that anandtech article really gave me a hard on about these new chips. I was just wandering if anybody has any good results with the new chips, since YES it IS available from newegg, but those b@stards don't ship to canada, so i'll just have to wait for retailers over here to get them, which is going to be a good 2-4 weeks later than the US. Since i've sold my A64 system, i'm left with a Sempron 2500+ with Geforce4 MX integrated🙁 It's killing me.

But I can't seem to get any seroius answers on this topic. Anyways good seeing you guys again, and the fact you guys have converted Kanavit.

FX is San Diego. A64 series are Winchesters, at least for the new 3000+, 3200+, and 3500+.

I don't know if i could afford a PCI Express Video card🙁 They aren't available in Canada yet, at least the Geforce6 PCI Express series. Are they available in the US?
