Question Anybody have experience with Viper Steel for XMP

This is one of the RAM I am looking at.

According to the reviews I read people have been having trouble with it when it comes to XMP. Anybody here have experience with them on a Maximus XI Hero with XMP enabled?

It's going to depend on the platform; the motherboard and specific CPU.
Also going to impact/be impacted by any CPU overclock.

Generally speaking, that board should be able to hit 4400MHz at the rated timings.

However, what are you looking to do with the system to justify the 4400MHz kit's cost?
Unless you're doing something particularly memory speed intensive, you might be better off with a lower clock and tighter timings.

~3600MHz CL16, ~3200MHz CL15, or even 3200MHz CL14.......... in some workloads, the pricey/hard to find kits like DomPlat's 2400MHz @ CL10 could be beneficial.

I will only be doing gaming. But I figured that since I am getting a board that let's me go up to 4400MHz, I might as well do so.
