Well I do and it sucks!!!!
I read such a great review of this thing on cnet.com in their cool and quit piece that I had to get it for my HTPC.
In all fairness it does cool very well, my Core 2 Duo 2.13 is at a nice idle 40 to 45 under load. But its as loud as a vacuum cleaner.
I suppose it could be my inexpirience, i just plopped it in there, the manual and the website are absoluitely no help.
Id there some way I can check the fan speed or lower it a bit?
