I have a problem here please help me 😢

I have a Dell 0GDG8Y motherboard with an intel i3-2100 3.1Ghz CPU, 2 x DDR3 RAM sticks,
a Foxin 256GB SSD and a 185w PSU . The motherboard has 2 RAM slots.

If I only insert one ram in the slot near to the CPU socket and boot my pc, first cpu doesn't recognise the ram and after force shutdown and booting it up again, it boots up.

But the main problem is in the 2nd ram slot. Whichever ram I insert in the 2nd ram slot, my cpu give no signal to the monitor. I have checked all jumpers and CMOS battery, but the issue is with the second ram slot.

Please suggest me a quick fix for this above issue. I have no money to get a new motherboard or to pay a repair shop.

with 2 DDR3 ram sticks
You might want to mention the make and model of your ram kit. If you're working with two different sticks of ram, work with a matched set, instead of mixing and matching. This might every well be the root of your issue.

Have you verified that your motherboard/prebuilt Dell is on the latest BIOS version for your motherboard?

Check cpu socket for bent/broken pins.
Make several high resolution photos (from different angles) of cpu socket and show here.

Anyway - if you can't fix the issue yourself, then you'll have to get a new motherboard.

Yes I have checked everything, I have 2 DDR3 ram. Both ram work correctly. But when any one of the ram inserted in 1st slot only, the cpu gives signal to monitor. Inserting ram on both slots or only 2nd slot gives no signal on monitor.
