Anyone else can't download Windows?

I actually bought windows 10 digital from the Microsoft store, and for 24 hours have been unable to download it.

Every time I launch the media creation tool I get something happened error 0x80070002 - 0x20016

I finally got through to support and after walking me through the damn online troubleshooting FAQ they transferred me to the wrong department. After calling back i was told they are having server issues.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I have my CD key. I want to do a clean install. If I could just get an iso I suppose I could do that but they only offer this media creation tool which isn't working

**update - this is really hilarious and frustrating. i was actually able to navigate to an ISO download on my iphone via windows mobile site. When attempting to copy to desktop browser it would bounce to the media creation tool download every time. only when actually attemping the ISO download on my phone (which obviously wouldn't work) and copying that link to my desktop it instigated the ISO download. Funny, there is NO way to navigate to it via the desktop website. ISO downloading now.

Have you seen this one? Seems to have gotten a bit of attention, and helped out some people getting that error when running the Media Creation Tool. By no means an absolute fix, of course, but might be worth investigating--though I suppose it shouldn't matter if your ISO is already downloaded 😀
