Anyone else ever had this issue with Windows 10?

So in Windows Explorer, folders that I use all the time I have to constantly wait while it loads the thumbnails for the files all the time. I use these folders all the time so I don't see why it has to stop to load them constantly. I was told that it's due to a recent Windows Update, anyone else had this?
